Workshop #2 Session 2 - Nurturing Confidence and Resilience
The most important responsibility of a parent is to help their child build confidence and resilience. This takes time and being present. Discussing how the child feels and what they are experiencing then helping them to understand it. Sharing your similar experiences helps them know they aren't alone and increases your bond with them. These are real time life lessons you can teach.
